Prior to custody 22-year-old Yegor Khramenya worked at JSC "Belshina" as an electric and gas welder,was a sportsman engaged in martial arts. He won the Belarus Open Cup in MMA (mixed martial arts).
A young resident of Bobruisk was accused of "committing violence against an employee of the internal affairs bodies in order to obstruct his legal activities" on the evening of August 9. It's implied that he punched blows to the head and sprayed the 'Shock' pepper spray, which led to a retina burn of the employee.
