A resident of Svetlogorsk was detained on September 29 under a criminal case of mass riots. Since his youth, Pavel has been working as a construction worker and within these years he has become a generalist: can pour concrete, erect walls, fences, put a roof, to do interior design. A regular participant in half-marathons: now his record is 21 km 100 m.
