Resident of Minsk. Prior to his arrest, he worked in a company selling computer equipment. On October 27, 2020, a video appeared on social networks of a BMW driver beating a man right on the road. Before that, the man was waving a white-red-white flag, and many associated this reaction of the driver with his political position (later the attacker would explain that the incident was not related to politics). The video of the fight was distributed on social networks and telegram channels, where the address and phone number of the driver, Dmitry Davydyuk, also appeared. And, according to the investigation, in one of the chats, three residents of Minsk decided to teach the man a lesson: to puncture the tires of his car. On the night of October 28, they moved into his yard, but on the way two (Kirill Kazei and Yuri Sergey) were detained by riot police, another participant managed to escape and is now on the wanted list. During a personal search, a pneumatic pistol without bullets and a cylinder was confiscated from Kazei, and a homemade knife from Sergei, which the examination recognized as a cold weapon. And the next day, when inspecting Kazey's car, flags, leaflets, fireworks, laser pointers, a hand grenade and 58 cartridges were found. Inspection of the car was shown in a report on state TV.
