Sergei was accused of allegedly shouting from the window of his apartment, including obscenities, at the police officers who carried out the arrests, and also throwing bottles at them.
During the arrest, Sergei was severely beaten. In the hospital, among the diagnoses that the doctors made then were closed craniocerebral trauma, brain contusion, multiple hematomas and contusions, including the chest, cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine, and temporal regions.
